Connectedness – a beautiful silver lining to being a small country. While many countries have the benefit of a large population pool to draw great talent from. We in New Zealand have the ability to train together and get plenty of competition relatively easily as the travel isn’t prohibitive. We also have a bit of “us against the world” so we work together perhaps more than other countries due to our small but mighty nature.
